Tips to Show Up Prepared & Get Best Results!

  • Eat light prior to your session, especially 2 hours before and after your treatment.

  • Staying hydrated is an important part of your undefined treatment. Be sure to drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water on your session day. Try to avoid alcohol and limit coffee,

  • During the treatment it is important for the skin to be exposed to the red light. Be prepared to wear minimal clothing like a bathing suit.

  • During the actual treatment, you will enter a small room with a massage table or bed covered with reflective pads. After lying on top of the table’s undefined reflective pads, the technician will protect your eyes and place reflective pads in various treatment locations on your body. Then, an adjustable face mask is gently put in place and it is switched on.

  • Prepare to spend a relaxing 25 to 30 minutes on the table bathed in light. There’s no heat, no pain, no nerve damage and no side effects while your cells are broken down and then rejuvenated. Some people get so relaxed that they actually fall asleep!

  • Immediately after your treatment you will spend 10 minutes on a vibration plate to assist your body with eliminating the fat cell contents released from your treatment.

  • After the vibration plate session, we will measure progress to see just how well your body responded to the treatment.

  • If you exercise regularly, you can still follow a moderate regimen. For best results, you can exercise between 12 to 16 minutes with intervals within 3 to 4 hours after your session
